Download the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack: If you are using the old version of Microsoft Office, you can open the DOCX files created in the new version in Word using this free update of Microsoft.

- Ensure that all the latest updates are included in your Windows and Office.

By running the download EXE file you can install the update: Follow the instructions in the installer to install Compatibility Pack.

Open in DOCX file by double-clicking on the word: After the pack is installed, you can open the DOCX file as normal DOC file.

Save the file as DOC: After opening a file, you can save it as a normal DOC file, so that you can easily open this file in other computers that do not have compatibility packs installed. .
- Click on the file and select "Save As", select "DOC" for the file format in the drop-down menu.
